Led by Tim Keene’s outstanding 7th place finish several Trimainiacs competed and had great races at the second annual Pirate Triathlon.  Congrats to all Trimainiacs who participated!!  Job well done!

Chess McGee won her fourth Time Trial at Auburn on Sunday June 13th.  Chess beat her closest competitor by over a minute to continue her domination of the Womens TT series this season.  Congrats to Chess!!

Course knowledge:  If you are in a sprint triathlon or TT this month, pre ride the course maybe several times!!  Knowing your course is very important.  I reccomend training and race pace efforts on the race course you are training for this month and July.  For Urban Epic, get out on back cove for some [...]
